Tecnia — Anáhuac Mayab University

Approach

Project overview Tecnia's student founders needed practical brand development without projects drifting in scope or schedule. I ran end-to-end plans and creative direction that helped early-stage businesses move from a brief to a usable market identity.

Outcome

The challenge First-time founders often need direction on both the business story and the design process. With several projects moving at once, unclear feedback and expanding ideas can quickly block progress for every team sharing the same resources.

Role & tools

The approach I created tailored project plans, milestones, communication routines, and review stages, while directing each identity from concept through production. For Talula, that included naming, brand direction, and a practical visual system for restaurant touchpoints.
What we delivered • Turned early-stage ideas into structured, reviewable brand projects • Kept founders, feedback, and milestones aligned through delivery • Directed identities from concept through practical brand application • Helped new ventures move toward market with usable visual foundations
The result Every branding project was delivered on time and in scope. Founders received a clearer path from an initial idea to a brand they could confidently use as they brought their ventures to market.
