Project overview
Aquaterra needed brand and marketing decisions that worked together, from property promotion to sales collateral and campaign spend. I led both disciplines, building a cohesive market presence and using performance data to guide what came next.
Outcome
The challenge
Real-estate communication is experienced across many disconnected surfaces, including social, sales material, property promotion, print, and stakeholder presentations. When design and marketing operate separately, the brand can lose coherence and investment decisions lack useful feedback.
Role & tools
The approach
As Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, I established a unified identity and managed campaign planning, budgets, vendors, and performance analysis. I also led the Terena development brand from naming and visual direction through launch materials, allowing the strategy and creative to inform each other.
What we delivered
• Connected brand design, campaign planning, and performance analysis
• Created a unified identity across sales, social, and property promotion
• Led the Terena development brand from naming through launch
• Used campaign evidence to inform subsequent marketing decisions
The result
Social engagement rose 140%, lead generation improved 25%, and marketing budget efficiency improved 60%. Aquaterra gained a more connected way to build brand presence and make future marketing decisions with evidence.
