Project overview
Sweetpea Smiles already had a brand direction. I designed marketing assets and improved how that identity was applied across parent-facing communication, especially social content, so the practice appeared more consistent and recognizable.
Outcome
The challenge
Pediatric-care communication needs warmth and professional reassurance, but an established identity can still feel fragmented when new assets are created without consistent application.
Role & tools
The approach
I designed within the existing Sweetpea Smiles brand, aligning typography, color, imagery, and messaging across marketing assets and social posts. The work focused on stronger adherence to the system rather than creating a new identity.
Sweet Pea Social Media — a warm, child-friendly content system carried across the practice’s social voice.
Sweet Pea Smiles Website — extending the friendly visual voice into a clear parent-facing web experience.
What we delivered
• Designed parent-facing assets within the established Sweetpea Smiles identity
• Improved brand alignment across typography, color, imagery, and messaging
• Balanced playful warmth with professional reassurance
• Strengthened recognition across ongoing marketing communication
The result
Sweetpea Smiles had more cohesive parent-facing communication. The established brand could appear consistently across ongoing marketing touchpoints while preserving its friendly, professional tone.
Built Sweetpea Smiles’ child-friendly brand system across web, social, and opening promotions, balancing warmth for children with clinical trust for parents.
