Overview

Jodhpuri Express aims to provide intra city pick-up and drop-off services for major business owners and wholesalers, with additional features like grocery, taxi and delivery hiring services.
Our client sought our team to redesign an MVP to address user feedback from prior testing, design additional features for product differentiation, and revamp the user experience to create a more engaging product.
My role and contributions in this project consisted of designing the screens for the notifications feature and coming up with corresponding interactions that were engaging and intuitive, creating a prototype and conducting user testing, and implementing feedback into the feature.

The client approached our team wanting to improve the mobile experience for their service. The project brief defined the mobile redesign as the main objective, and the client provided three user flows for our team to focus on.
Scope: Redesign existing mobile app for Jodhpuri Express.
Redesign login screens
Redesign main dashboard and include a way to Access Rewards and a way to Orders Screen

Success: “We are trying to improve our flow, and there are multiple pages where user can redirect easily. Design and feel of the app will be the priority.”

What We Did

User Testing

The client provided us with user flows to further contextualize our redesigns.
User Stories:
As a user, I want to be able to create an account.
As a user, I want to be able to see my rewards from the main dashboard. 
As a user, I want to be able see my funds in my account and manage them.
With these user flows in mind we redesigned the specified screens with aesthetic and usability in mind. We created a prototype, conducted a usability test to gather client feedback, and implemented the feedback into our designs before handing off the project.

By the end of this project, our team delivered a total of 15 screens, a style guide with an accessible color scheme and all components created in the process.
