TourClick Phuket

TourClick is a mobile app that allows users to browse, book, and pay for guided tours in Phuket. It offers categorized tours, real-time availability, and convenient communication between tour providers and customers.

Task: Develop a mobile app from scratch with an intuitive interface for travelers and a CMS-style admin panel to manage tours, bookings, and user communication.

Solution: We built a cross-platform app using FlutterFlow for the frontend and Firebase + custom backend logic for the server side. The system includes tour categorization (sea, land, author tours), booking management, SPB QR code payments, and personal user accounts with booking history. An internal admin panel allows managers to update content, track orders, assign guides, and handle messages — all in real time. The result is a smooth and scalable solution used daily by both local providers and tourists.

Status: TourClick is live and actively maintained, with regular updates and new features — including referral programs, bonus systems, and enhanced tour analytics.
