Kochfit Mobile Fitness App Development

Kochfit is a mobile fitness app that provides users with structured video workouts, progress tracking, and personalized training programs via a subscription model.

Task: Full-cycle development of a mobile application from scratch, including integration with a custom backend and creation of an admin panel for content and user management.

Solution: We developed Kochfit using FlutterFlow, allowing for fast deployment while maintaining design flexibility. The app is connected to a custom backend that handles video hosting, subscription payments, and user progress tracking. An admin panel was created to let coaches easily upload and manage workout videos, create training plans, and monitor user activity. With intuitive UX and stable performance, the app now supports over 3,000 monthly active users, providing them with a smooth and engaging workout experience.

Status: The app is in an active development stage, with regular updates, feature enhancements, and performance improvements to ensure long-term user satisfaction and platform scalability.
