The challenge
A podcast episode is long, static and easy to scroll past. The teaser has to earn attention in the first seconds on a feed where nothing is playing with sound on.
What I did
Cut for the hook first, then let the substance follow, so the opening frames do the work of persuading someone to stay.

A vertical teaser edited from long-form episode footage, with pacing, captions and sound design built for feed placement rather than for a podcast player.
