AI-Powered Affiliate Review Engine for SaaS Site

The Problem
A SaaS affiliate site owner was preparing to hire a team of writers and data entry specialists to manually research, write, and publish product reviews across ~10 pages. The process was slow, expensive, and didn't scale — every new affiliate product meant hours of manual work before a single review went live.
The Solution
I built a fully automated affiliate review pipeline using Make, Airtable, OpenAI, and WordPress — all connected via API integrations.
The workflow is dead simple from the client's perspective: drop an affiliate product link into a text box, hit "Process," and walk away. Behind the scenes:
Airtable captures the product link and triggers the automation
Make orchestrates the entire pipeline, passing data between services
OpenAI API ingests the product link, conducts SEO research, and generates a full, publish-ready affiliate review
An HTTP module routes the finished content back into Airtable for review
The approved content pushes directly into WordPress, formatted and ready to drive organic traffic
The entire pipeline runs autonomously — no manual writing, no copy-pasting, no formatting. Just link in, review out.
The Results
Eliminated the need to hire affiliate writers entirely — saving thousands in annual labor costs
Reduced per-review turnaround from hours to minutes
SEO-optimized output drives organic traffic and affiliate sales without manual keyword research
10-page SaaS affiliate site now scales content production with zero additional headcount
The client went from planning a hiring round to running the entire content operation solo from a single input field.
