Seller Central: concept design for an online seller’s mobile app
Seller Central is a concept design, not client work. It is a mobile app that helps online sellers track sales, revenue, invoices and expenses in one place, and we designed every screen in Figma.
Type: Concept design · Industry: eCommerce, seller tools · What we did: Product and UI/UX design · Platform: Figma · Published: Behance, December 2022
About the concept
There is no client behind Seller Central. It is a self-initiated concept built around one problem: small online sellers keep their numbers in too many places. Nothing was built or sold.
The challenge
Small online sellers check sales in one tool, invoices in another and expenses in a spreadsheet.
Scattered numbers. Sales, invoices and costs live in different places, so nobody sees the full picture.
Phone first. Sellers check their numbers on the go, so everything had to fit a phone screen.
Quick actions. Making an invoice should take one tap, not a trip to another tool.
What sells where. Sellers need to know their best products and their best countries.
What we did
A dashboard in four tiles
Designed the dashboard with sales, revenue, products and customers in four tiles, with recent transactions below.
Used one bright lime accent for the key tile and the main action on each screen.
Invoices built into sales and transactions
Sales Record: a breakdown by category and a one-tap Create Invoice button.
Transactions: every order with amount, country and payment method, searchable, with Create New Invoice at the top.
Costs and analytics
Expense Record: a spending gauge and a history of costs like packaging, sourcing and marketing.
Analytics: top-selling products and top-selling countries, with a flag next to each country.
One tap to every section
Added a bottom tab bar, so every section is one tap away.
Designed a simple Profile screen with account settings and a password tab.
Scope
Included:
Concept screens in Figma: dashboard, sales record, transactions, expense record, analytics and profile.
A light, card-based visual style with one accent colour.
Not included:
A client. This was a self-initiated concept.
Development. No working app or code was built.
Integrations. No connection to real stores, payment tools or accounting software.
Results
Six core screens of a seller app, from dashboard to profile.
Published on Behance in December 2022.
There are no usage numbers, because this is a concept, not a live product.
What we’d improve next
Add a store connection step. Linking the seller’s shop at sign-up would bring sales and orders in automatically.
Add a profit view. Revenue minus expenses for each month would show sellers what they actually keep.
Add low-stock alerts. A warning next to top-selling products would help sellers reorder before they run out.

I design websites in Figma and build them in Framer or Webflow, so your team can edit every page without a developer. Message me here on Contra with your site or Figma file, and I’ll reply with a plan and a fixed price.
