Co-founder & Business Designer (eCommerce)

Caeli is a slow home decoration brand with the mission to create spaces where people feel relaxed and inspired.

At Caeli, I lead the overall strategy, brand image and product management.

I am currently creating a new business line under the principles of Business Design. After in-depth customer interviews, I tested and validated the value proposition and created a prototype to validate the offer (the product) aligned with it. The next parts to prototype and test are the revenue model and the sales channel.

Having my own business allows me to understand the importance of building the different parts of a company based on customer knowledge.
