Been with Uber for 6 years and from COE Specialist I, I’ve handled different LOBs. My first role focuses on delivering dedicated support to Uber drivers and riders. I help them navigate challenges and optimize their driving experience. As well as supporting riders, we make sure to give them the best experience in using our App services. I am helping them through email/chat or phone when necessary by providing accurate details and helpful responses such as in app troubleshooting, Payments, and trip-related inquiries.
