COE Specialist II

Been with Uber for 6 years and from COE Specialist I, I’ve handled different LOBs. My first role focuses on delivering dedicated support to Uber drivers and riders. I help them navigate challenges and optimize their driving experience. As well as supporting riders, we make sure to give them the best experience in using our App services. I am helping them through email/chat or phone when necessary by providing accurate details and helpful responses such as in app troubleshooting, Payments, and trip-related inquiries. 
Other LOB includes Uber Marketplace where we control location delivery status to avoid failed deliveries. And my recent role was COE Specialist II, Marketplace tax tagging. In this LOB, we correct items and establishment tagging to avoid incorrect tax deductions.
Key Deliverables Include:
Driver and Rider assistance  
Help riders and drivers with their trip related concerns such as earnings, services, and account problems.
2. Graph and Weather Analyzation
Making sure that the region will not experience failed deliveries by checking the delivery/online rider graph and making sure that delivery partners are safe upon doing deliveries by checking the specific locations weather update
3. General Knowledge in Grocery/Restaurant Products
Providing the correct item tagging to ensure the item will be taxed accurately and to avoid income loss. 
4. Reporting
Report daily productivity and daily updates, as well as taking down notes every driver interactions and concerns.
5. Hit the goal!
Hitting the metrics above the target is my forte.
My goal is to improve Uber’s Driver and Rider support. I always aim to give Uber a quality service.
