As a Technical Support Representative Convergys, we help our valued customer to free up some space on their computers and even going extra mile whatever is needed to be done such as assisting them on how to print, scan, and xerox.
Key Deliverables Include:
Computer Skills
Being a technical support needs a lot of computer skills. You should know what your customer is asking specially when its out of what you are doing.
2. Product Knowledge
Product training to know more about it and to cater customer's main concern.
Studying products main goal to make sure you know what's right and what's wrong.
3. Customer assistance
Needing a lot of patience is a must because we are handling elderly customers who aren't tech savvy.
Do not forget the "go the extra mile" to make sure give customer a 100% Customer satisfaction rating.
4. Taking down notes after a call
Noting down what happened in a call to avoid errors in the future if there's any and to gain some improvement.
5. Continuous learning
Learning is a continuous process so every after customer, you must learn and improve on your next customers.
My goal here is to give customers the best quality of our service and to give them a wonderful smile every after call.
