Project: In-House Sales Recruitment. Office-Based Role
Over the course of 1+ year, I worked full-time in an office-based role as a recruiter for a fast-growing direct sales company in Canada. My primary responsibility was to source, screen, and schedule high-volume interviews for door-to-door sales roles.
Scope of Work:
📌 Job Posting on major platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Linkedin)
🎯 Sourcing & Outreach using Boolean filters, internal ATS, and job board databases
📞 Prescreening candidates via phone and video calls
📅 Scheduling 8–10 interviews daily, managing calendars and follow-ups
✅ Sending Offers and coordinating onboarding (1–2 offers per day)
Key Achievements:
Averaged 8+ interviews scheduled per day
Consistently delivered 1–2 hires daily for a highly competitive, fast-turnover sales role
Maintained structured and responsive communication with both candidates and hiring managers

This project demonstrates my ability to run a full recruitment cycle independently, manage volume efficiently, and deliver results quickly — a strong asset for any sales or admin hiring project.
