Established a new industry portfolio from ground up

As an Senior BD Manager I needed to break into a brand-new industry sector - Industry software /SaaS, and to establish a pipeline of Australian tech clients using Austrade services and a network of Chinese customers, plus achieving export outcomes desired by my organisation. After my effort about 7 months, I was able to hit all the targets including export outcomes of around A$ 27 million from leading tech exporters for the first time in my organisation. My manager commented:
" I believe this is the first outcome for the year for South China post. You have got us off to an amazing start!!"
