Selection Panelist for the First Start-up Landing Pad Manager

I was one of the panelists to interview and select candidates for this important position of my organisation. My job included reviewing the 300 resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates according to set of criteria agreed, sitting in the interview panels, asking questions and observing their responses, evaluating the soft skills of each interviewees. We were able to get a very satisfactory one for this position.
