Project Managed a Complex Business Delegation

This was one of the most complex projects I managed. It was a business delegation of 70+ senior business reps in 4 industry streams -Fintech, Edutech, Medtech and Smart City, led by a Premier of an Australian state, visiting two tier-one cities in China, with a plenary forum co-hosted by local governments at each city and breakout business matching sessions plus site visits for each industry stream concurrently at each city. In addition, each of the industry stream was sponsored by a different state government department in Australia. As the project manager I need to coordinate with all the stakeholders and deliver the program successfully.
