A local anime figures business in Vizag was doing okay on Instagram, but the owner was manually handling every single customer inquiry on WhatsApp and DMs. No website. No lead system. Just pure manual work.

After understanding his pain points, I designed and built a complete AI-powered sales system using Base44.

The owner no longer has to reply to every message. He can now focus only on serious buyers. The AI agent handles initial qualification, intent classification, and lead capture automatically.

This was one of the most useful builds I've done recently, solving a real operational bottleneck for a small business with a system that actually works day-to-day.
