Police agencies are struggling with outdated tools, leading to inefficient dispatching, lack of actionable insights, and high operational stress, which leads to less safer environment for everyone.

A project with Multitude Insights was set to revolutionise information sharing for police agencies. I designed a web app for dispatching cruisers, analysing crime rates, and utilising AI to predict and suggest cruiser distribution.

I interviewed stakeholders and officers, uncovering their current frustrations and getting familiar with their daily workflows.

With these insights, I created user personas, ensuring the design addressed real needs, not just assumptions.

The design process started with crafting wireframes that prioritized simplicity and clarity. Each screen was carefully structured to reduce cognitive load, ensuring officers could quickly access critical information under pressure. These wireframes laid the foundation for intuitive navigation and functionality.

I laid the foundation by sketching out the core interactions and flow, ensuring the app’s experience was intuitive and functional.
