I developed an operations KPI and management dashboard to turn day-to-day operational data into clear, actionable management insights.

The dashboard brings key performance indicators into one view, including completion rates, on-time delivery, workload, cycle time, rework and blocked work. I also developed KPI definitions and a management review structure so the data can be used to identify trends, highlight issues and support better operational decisions.

The same reporting approach can be adapted to the systems and data sources a business already uses rather than requiring a specific platform.
