I developed an operational framework for managing solar installers and subcontractors across the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding and job allocation through to installation delivery, quality, documentation and performance review.

The framework creates clearer expectations and accountability between solar retailers and their installation partners, with structured controls for job readiness, communication, performance tracking, defects and rework, escalation and corrective actions.

The goal is to help solar businesses build a reliable installer network while improving delivery consistency, operational visibility and the working relationship between retailers and subcontractors.
