I developed an operational framework for managing solar installers and subcontractors across the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding and job allocation through to installation delivery, quality, documentation and performance review.
The framework creates clearer expectations and accountability between solar retailers and their installation partners, with structured controls for job readiness, communication, performance tracking, defects and rework, escalation and corrective actions.
The goal is to help solar businesses build a reliable installer network while improving delivery consistency, operational visibility and the working relationship between retailers and subcontractors.

Drawing on my hands-on experience in Australian solar and battery operations, this case study shows how I structured and supported end-to-end project delivery across a high-volume renewable energy environment.
The work covered customer handover, project readiness, scheduling, installer and subcontractor coordination, procurement and logistics, installation delivery, QA, documentation and project close-out.
The focus was on creating stronger operational controls between internal teams, customers, suppliers and installation partners—improving visibility, accountability and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

I developed a centralised project and operations tracker to give businesses one clear view of active work, ownership, priorities, deadlines, dependencies, risks and next actions.
The solution brings fragmented project information into a structured management view, making it easier to identify blockers, track progress and improve accountability across the team. It includes status controls, priority tracking, risk and issue management, dependencies and management-level reporting.
The framework can be adapted to the client's existing project management, CRM or workflow system—the goal is better operational visibility, not forcing a specific tool.
