Drawing on my hands-on experience in Australian solar and battery operations, this case study shows how I structured and supported end-to-end project delivery across a high-volume renewable energy environment.
The work covered customer handover, project readiness, scheduling, installer and subcontractor coordination, procurement and logistics, installation delivery, QA, documentation and project close-out.
The focus was on creating stronger operational controls between internal teams, customers, suppliers and installation partners—improving visibility, accountability and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

The brand isn't built around the technology first. It's built around who's actually in control of it, so instead of the usual soft, earnest tone this category defaults to, we built something with more teeth. Confident. A little provocative. We build the brand identity across every layer:
A lightning bolt folded into the shape of an "N" ⚡
An ashy black foundation split into three functional accents: Electric Yellow for generation, Safe Green for storage, Cool Mint for grid
A 2.5D illustration system, somewhere between flat and fully dimensional, built to hold its own across solar, wind, hydro, storage, and nuclear without any one vertical dominating the story.

A multi-tenant SaaS platform I designed and built end to end. It generates, hosts, and manages marketing sites for trade businesses, with Stripe subscription billing, a serverless backend, and automated deployment pipelines. It has a live paying customer. Built with Node.js, serverless functions, Stripe, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
