Challenge
Sancho was born out of the frustration of not having a good tool that would visualise back office data and visualise it for its users that were useful. The product needed to improve its user experience to increase retention rate, simplifying the onboarding process, adding user permissions, and a self-serve data cleaning process that was easy to operate.
Results
Working closely with the founders, we were able to create a user experience that was much more engaging and simplified increasing the user retention by 60%. From the usability testing, we also found out that users were likely to spend more time on the application, with the new UI/UX being more useful for them during their daily tasks.
