This case study focuses on the development of a cybersecurity enterprise SaaS, aimed at helping companies scan and remediate the most common attack vectors using a graphic user interface instead of the traditional command line interface approach.
Challenge
Traditional ways of scanning for security vulnerabilities with defined scopes aren’t accessible to all, nor scalable, and it does not allow for much room for collaboration. The most challenging part is how we transform the current work processes from CLI to GUI, allowing users to collaborate and import their assets—domains and subdomains— to collaborate in one space, and manage their scans with ease
Results
We were able to transform the traditional landscape of CLI to GUI, simplifying the work process by 65%, and enabling our users to collaborate on one platform. By doing so we were able to onboard well-known enterprises such as MongoDB, Gitlab, and Siemens, while also gathering a waitlist of up to 50 enterprise customers that were ready for the product to be available for beta testing.
