CargoSharks, Freight Software for Gulf Forwarders

CargoSharks

Freight forwarding software for Gulf forwarders, built in Kuwait. One file carries a shipment from enquiry to paid invoice, quote, award, milestones, customs, documents, costs, and the invoice itself, in Arabic and English, with ZATCA Phase 2 and UAE e-invoicing built into the invoice rather than bolted on after.
The category is owned by systems built in English with Arabic added, and you can tell in about four seconds. This one is bilingual by construction, every screen, document, and email template existing in both languages and checked for parity on every commit, right-to-left in the layout rather than mirrored on top of it. The numbers are treated with the same seriousness: the dinar has three decimal places and every amount keeps all three, because fils that round away are real money. A deep navy identity over port photography at dusk, and a live demo open with no sign-up, because the product is confident enough to be looked at.

Home

The whole product argued on one scroll: a dusk-port hero, the dashboard with demurrage accruing live, a real ZATCA invoice decided line by line, three desks working one file, the demurrage calculator running in the page, and a container in Shuwaikh earning the terminal money in real time, closing on a demo form that shapes the call instead of qualifying the lead.

Product

What We Do: The whole product, explained from the beginning. One record through six stages, enquiry, quote, award, execution, documents, invoice, with seeded milestone templates and the closing section most products won’t write: what is deliberately outside it.
The Three Desks: Commercial, operations, and finance on one shipment. Commercial from enquiry to quotation in one place, operations seeing what’s wrong before the customer does, finance seeing what’s owed, how late, and who to ring.
The Live Demo: The real software on seeded data, no sign-up, because the fastest way to judge it is to open it.
Arabic and English: The same build, not a translation layer. Both languages on every screen, document, and template, parity checked on every commit.
Data and Security: Where your rows live and who can read them, landing on the published DPA rather than a promises page.

Solutions

The same product dressed for each market and each job: UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi pages with the right currency, documents, and e-invoicing regime, plus job-level pages from WhatsApp enquiries and customs clearance to tracking portals and Arabic documents.

By market:

For the UAE: Dubai, Jebel Ali, and Abu Dhabi desks, AED, Arabic, and PINT AE e-invoicing transmitted as the invoice is issued. For Kuwait: Built in Kuwait, three decimals on every dinar, kept all the way down. For Saudi Arabia: Arabic first, SAR, and ZATCA Phase 2, signed XML with the QR cleared as part of issuing.

By job:

Quotes and Rates: Rate cards, chargeable weight, agent rates, and margin on screen before the quote leaves. WhatsApp Enquiries: Your business numbers landing straight in the enquiry queue, one owner and one clock per line. Customs Clearance: Every declaration, ordered by the deadline that closes first. Tracking and Portal: What your customers see, under your brand instead of ours. Invoicing and Supplier Bills: Job costing, bill matching, and receivables on the same file. Arabic Documents: Bill of lading and delivery order issued from the job, in either language, nothing retyped. UAE E-invoicing Guide: PINT AE, ASPs, and the deadlines, written for forwarders rather than accountants.

Inside It

Enquiry to Invoice: The whole loop, stage by stage. Four Transport Modes: Sea, air, road, and courier on one file, each calculating chargeable weight its own way. What Is in the Box: Every module, and what each one does. Nothing Is Deleted: Superseded rows stay, and say who moved them. Whose Database It Is: Yours, and you can have a copy today. What We Do Not Do: The boundary, published rather than discovered

Compare

How We Compare: Three ways to run an operation, and who we are not for, the hub that’s honest about fit. vs CargoWise: The enterprise platform, and when it wins, conceded in writing. vs Logistaas: The closest comparison on the list, answered directly. vs CARGOES Runner: DP World’s platform for smaller forwarders, compared on shared ground. vs Spreadsheets: The real incumbent, and where it breaks.

Blog

Four working-desk guides doing the SEO quietly: chargeable weight in air freight, what a quotation should include, how customs clearance works for Kuwait imports, and demurrage versus detention, each written as advice a forwarder would actually use rather than keyword filler, and each feeding a product page.

Trust

The nav section most products don’t have: roles and access enforced by the database itself, an audit trail that stamps every change with who and when, and the privacy policy, terms, and data processing agreement published up front, legal documents and engineering guarantees treated as product features rather than fine print.

Live Demo

The standing offer that frames the whole site: the real software, open at demo.cargosharks.com, no sign-up, because the confident move is letting the product be looked at.
