This is an NGO Charity App to help poor people in different regions worldwide who suffer from hunger, war, and natural crisis.
After a kick-off meeting with the client, we defined the main goals of the project from different perspectives, I led the design process and strategy to deliver the best user experience for the end user.
I started with detailed user research to collect all insights from different personas to understand the user needs, expectations, and motivations.
Next, we defined the user journeys and built the first low-fid wireframe and the user flow of the app.
Then, we did a couple of meetings with different stakeholders to collect quick feedback and to be sure that we were on the right track.
Then started building the visual design, design system, and interactive prototypes, then we tested the prototypes with the end users then we started the hand-off phase and worked closely with the engineering team.
