The Mobily B2B platform redesign aimed to transform the enterprise customer experience — turning a complex, outdated system into a seamless digital journey. Mobily’s B2B digital experience was fragmented, with outdated self-service tools, limited visibility into enterprise services, and high dependency on manual support — impacting customer satisfaction and sales agility.

What We Did

We led a full design transformation for Mobily’s B2B platform, starting with deep user research across enterprise segments. We mapped key journeys — onboarding, service management, billing, and support — and created a scalable UX framework. Through continuous collaboration with product and tech teams, we delivered a user-friendly interface optimized for both web and mobile.
