Designing GovGPT: Abu Dhabi's AI Platform

GovGPT is Abu Dhabi Government’s secure generative AI platform designed to streamline access to government information and services. I led the design of the platform, focusing on usability, trust, and seamless interaction across multiple government entities — ensuring a cohesive experience for citizens, employees, and decision-makers.

Abu Dhabi government users struggled with fragmented access to services, documents, and information spread across numerous systems — leading to inefficiencies and friction in both citizen and employee journeys.
