MiraWell is a Ukrainian company specializing in high-quality ready-to-eat foods, aiming to enter the UAE market. Ahead of a major food expo in Dubai, the brand’s founder, Alex, needed a luxury, conversion-oriented one-page website to present MiraWell’s products to potential buyers — from restaurants to supermarket chains.
The Challenge
The project came with several challenges:
Unclear brand identity and lack of online presence.
Highly competitive market dominated by established international food brands.
Tight two-week deadline before the UAE expo.
Technical issues during setup and integration.
The client’s goal was simple but ambitious:
Create a premium website that stands out visually and drives real business inquiries from the UAE market.
The Approach
To achieve this, we followed our structured three-phase process:
Design Phase: Using Figma, we developed a high-end design concept featuring a black and white base — symbolizing luxury and purity — while allowing vibrant food photography to add the natural color and warmth.
Testing Phase: We built a fully interactive prototype to let the client visualize the flow and functionality. During this phase, we held three review meetings to fine-tune every section, ensuring both the aesthetics and user experience aligned with the client’s expectations.
Development & Launch Phase: The final build was developed using Cursor and WordPress, implementing key CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles based on UAE market behavior. This included clear calls-to-action, simplified navigation, and a strategically placed lead capture form for inquiries.
The Process
Throughout the project:
We ensured real-time collaboration with the client to reflect feedback instantly.
Our development included automations to streamline inquiry management.
Each section of the website was optimized for both desktop and mobile, given that over 70% of UAE users access business websites via smartphones.
The visual strategy was centered around creating a luxury feel without overcomplication — the food imagery became the hero, set against minimalist black and white tones to reflect sophistication and trustworthiness.
The Results
Within two months of launch, the results exceeded expectations:
+10% conversion rate from visitors to inquiries.
Traffic doubled (100% increase) compared to the previous period.
Significantly more business requests from restaurants and supermarkets after the expo.

Key Learnings
This project highlighted how design psychology and CRO strategy can make a huge impact even in a highly saturated market like food exports. It also emphasized the importance of clear visual storytelling — especially when launching a brand into a new market with cultural differences and fierce competition.
