AlphaStore is a dental product distributor working with multiple resellers to supply dental laboratories and clinics. The client needed a centralized website that could bring together all their resellers under one unified platform. The goal was clear — simplify product discovery and increase sales through better organization and a smoother customer experience.
The Challenge
Before we stepped in, AlphaStore’s digital presence was fragmented.
Each reseller operated individually, which led to:
Disorganized product structure.
Inconsistent presentation and branding.
Low conversion rate (only 2% of visitors completed purchases).
On top of that, the dental market is highly competitive, and professionals value speed, reliability, and clarity when ordering.

The Approach
We started by analyzing user behavior through:
Session recordings and analytics data to see how visitors interacted with the site.
Studying which pages caused drop-offs and what motivated users to place an order.
Identifying usability issues that led to friction in the buying process.
With this data, we built a new structure and design in Figma, focusing on a clean, minimal interface that highlights products clearly and helps users find what they need faster.
We then used Cursor for rapid iteration and developed the final website with Wix and Shopify, combining easy management for the client with eCommerce scalability.
The Process
Our work followed three stages:
Design & Structure: We reorganized the catalog, grouping products logically by type and use-case, ensuring a consistent design language throughout.
Implementation: We developed the site using a hybrid setup (Shopify for product management and Wix for presentation flexibility), integrating tools to track performance and automate order flows.
Conversion Rate Optimization: After launch, we ran a full CRO audit — testing different CTAs, layouts, and product display strategies based on real visitor data.
The client, a busy professional managing multiple resellers, trusted us fully to handle every part of the process — from setup to optimization — without needing to be deeply involved.
The Results
In just two months, the results spoke for themselves:
Conversion rate increased from 2% to 10%.
That translated into 5× higher revenue.
The website now performs as a centralized, well-structured hub for all resellers.

What seems like “just an 8% increase” in conversion rate actually represents a fivefold business growth, driven purely by better structure, data-backed design, and strategic CRO improvements.
Key Learnings
