Wayfaster is a recruitment platform that helps early-stage startups hire top technical talent faster - powered by AI. Designed for founders and lean teams, the tool replaces tedious screening, writing job descriptions, and filtering through noisy applications.

When the Wayfaster team reached out, they had the vision, investor support, and first users lined up - but needed a product designer to turn it all into a seamless MVP fast.

In less than 72 hours, we kicked off core flows. Within 6 weeks, we delivered a complete 0 → 1 product: a clean, AI-powered hiring assistant, a scalable design system, and a lightweight platform that helped Wayfaster land their first paying users.

Founders & recruiters often spend weeks hiring their first candidates. Wayfaster’s goal was to remove this pain - combining AI-generated job posts, auto-ranking of applicants, and fast communication into one tool.

We introduced a smart matching interface that shows the top 3 candidates per role based on experience, tech stack, and soft traits - drastically reducing founder time-to-hire.
