My Role
I originated the concept for Realia and led its journey from idea to fully functional product.
My responsibilities included:
Product vision & strategy — defining the platform’s core value proposition and feature set.
UX/UI design — designing a mobile-first, intuitive interface for both the marketing site and the web app.
Technology integration — building the web app using Google Firebase and ensuring seamless AI, portal export, and CRM connections.
Go-to-market — crafting pricing, positioning, and onboarding strategies to attract early adopters.
