CONCEPT
This project explores pain as a visual language, a series of three poster illustrations where each composition maps a specific physical sensation to the body's nervous response. The work sits at the intersection of editorial illustration, expressive typography, and data-driven aesthetics, treating the human body like a diagram and the poster like a medical report that's gone wrong in the best way.
GOAL
To communicate what words can't - the raw, involuntary experience of physical pain and through handcrafted digital illustration, custom lettering, and dense typographic composition. Each poster was built entirely in Procreate, from initial sketch to final artwork, combining hand-drawn lettering, surrealist body imagery, glitch-influenced aesthetics, and pseudo-scientific microtext into a cohesive poster design language.
RESULT
A series of three original art posters with a unified visual identity. Every illustration was drawn from scratch, every letterform was custom.

This is a personal project where I explored the concept of pain through a completely different lens. Instead of the expected darkness and heaviness, I reimagined it as something visceral and alive by translating raw emotion into acid colors, surreal illustration, and expressive typography. The result is a psychedelic poster series where discomfort transforms into bold graphic design: organic forms collide with experimental lettering, and conceptual art meets visual storytelling. Pain, but I made it loud.
