The Challenges
Navigating the Digital Divide: Designing for users aged 35-60 meant rethinking standard UX approaches. This demographic brought varying levels of tech comfort that required simpler flows, more intuitive navigation, and careful attention to accessibility that younger-focused platforms often overlook.
Dual-User Architecture: Our platform needed to satisfy two very different groups. Realtors wanted powerful tools to manage listings and track clients, while customers needed a straightforward way to find and buy properties.
Purchase Pathway Clarity: We offered multiple ways to invest—from buying outright or in instalments to co-owning properties. The challenge was presenting these options without confusing users about exactly what they were purchasing, especially for co-ownership, where the details really matter.
Performance-Based Realtor Ecosystem: We needed a fair system to rank realtors based on their results while tracking their teams and activities. The interface had to motivate top performers while remaining simple enough for less tech-savvy agents to understand their standing and improvement areas.
