Working closely with product owners and a cross-functional team, I crafted refreshing mobile app designs for Lyvads - a platform that bridges businesses and individuals with creators to generate custom video content, from promotional ads to personalized shoutouts.

Unreliable collaboration process: Businesses and creators struggled to find a dependable way to connect, negotiate, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships, leading to missed opportunities and inefficient collaborations.
Unresolved content disputes: The lack of a structured dispute resolution system led to frequent conflicts when businesses were dissatisfied with delivered content or creators faced issues with provided materials, causing frustration on both sides.
