Parts360 | Building the Brand and Complete Digital Presence

Project Overview

Parts360 was more than a website development project.
The goal was to build a complete digital presence for an automotive spare parts business in Saudi Arabia. We worked on the project from different angles, starting with the brand identity and logo, followed by the eCommerce website, multilingual setup, social media, and Google Ads.
Instead of treating each part as a separate project, we worked to create one connected experience for the brand and its customers.
Brand Guidelines
To keep the Parts360 identity consistent across every touchpoint, we created a brand book that documented the visual system behind the brand.
The guidelines cover logo usage, color direction, typography, and the core visual elements used across the website, social media, and advertising. This gave the brand a clear foundation as it expanded across Arabic-first digital channels and English-language content.
The brand book helped ensure that every part of the customer experience, from product pages to social media creatives, felt connected to the same Parts360 identity.

Building the Brand

The project started with the foundation of the brand.
We created the Parts360 logo and developed a visual direction that could be used consistently across the website, social media, and advertising.
The idea was to give the business a clear and recognizable identity before taking it online.

Building the Online Store

We built a custom eCommerce website using WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce.
The entire website was developed around the needs of an automotive spare parts business. Customers needed a simple way to explore products, browse categories, search for parts, and move toward a purchase.
We built the website from scratch and customized the layouts and shopping experience to fit the Parts360 brand.
The store includes product categories, individual product pages, vehicle brand sections, offers, shopping cart functionality, customer accounts, and other features needed for an online spare parts store.

Arabic-First, Built for English Too

Parts360 was built as a multilingual eCommerce website with Arabic as the primary language and English as the secondary language.
Because the business serves customers in Saudi Arabia, the Arabic experience was treated as the main storefront from the beginning, not as a translated version added later. The website was designed to support right-to-left layouts, Arabic content, product categories, navigation, and the full shopping journey.
An English version was also created for customers who prefer browsing in English. Both languages maintain the same Parts360 brand experience while adapting the layout, reading direction, and content structure for each audience.
This included multilingual pages, products, categories, menus, and eCommerce functionality across the store.

Making It Easy to Find the Right Part

Finding the right automotive part online can sometimes feel complicated.
We structured the website to make the process easier by organizing products around vehicle brands and categories. Customers can explore relevant parts and move through the store without having to deal with an unorganized product catalog.
The focus was simple: help customers find what they need and make the buying process as straightforward as possible.

More Than Just a Website

Our work with Parts360 did not stop after the website went live.
We continued working on the digital side of the brand, including social media and Google Ads.
This allowed us to work on both sides of the business: creating the place where customers land and helping bring the right audience to it.
From the first visual identity to the website and marketing, Parts360 has been a complete digital project.
