Project Manager in New Online Sales Department

I was responsible for the new online sales department of Librerías Dante. I was asked to create an eBay store for the bookstore's publishing house, creating an account via PayPal and being responsible for managing both of them.

I created the content of the eBay store with descriptions in both English and Spanish, with the aim of selling the publisher's books, originally written in Spanish and translated into English, French and German, for the foreign public. I acted as sales agent and customer service agent to foreign customers by communicating with them via email, in addition to assisting in marketing photography of the products.
