Harth is a furniture rental company that offers designer furniture rental services to both homes and offices, allowing them to have a beautifully curated space without any long-term commitments.
I led the discovery phase, which involved a detailed exploration of how to address and balance the needs of various platform users, such as furniture owners, renters, and logistics coordinators. Since online furniture lending was a novel concept, we had to design a solution from scratch. Our main objective was to create a platform that enabled users to browse available furniture, create a wishlist, and fill their spaces with high-quality pieces at reasonable prices. The core product offering was designed to help furniture owners make money by renting out their unused furniture through Harth, which also takes care of all the logistics.
