Twistar is a new Internet of Things (IoT) tool that enables hospitality and restaurant businesses to quickly and efficiently engage with their customers and gain real-time insight into their feedback. It features a user-friendly design with a circular screen and an easy-to-use dial, creating an interactive and accessible experience that encourages customers to share their thoughts and opinions. This "open table" environment allows for a better understanding of customer sentiment and perception.

I played a pivotal role in transforming Twistar's idea into a tangible product, delivering a dynamic and distinctive user experience for users to offer feedback on the quality and service in real-time.

Thanks to its powerful and interconnected devices and software that can capture and analyze data, Twistar was successfully launched as a participant in Marriott's TestBed Incubator Programme. Along the way, it won multiple product and innovation awards.
