Custom Kajabi Website Design & Build for DanceProfessor

DanceProfessor is an online dance education website where students can discover instructors, explore training videos, and purchase lessons. We designed and developed a custom Kajabi website with instructor profiles, advanced video filtering, and a flexible structure built to support future growth.

We started by creating a consistent visual foundation for DanceProfessor, defining the color palette, typography, and core UI elements. The design system established a recognizable look across the website while keeping the interface clean, engaging, and easy to navigate.

We designed all key website pages in Figma, including the homepage, instructor profiles, product pages, and checkout experience.

A key focus was custom marketplace filtering, allowing students to browse videos by instructor, experience level, and product type. The structure was designed to accommodate many more instructors and courses in the future.

We brought the approved Figma designs to life in Kajabi, implementing custom layouts, responsive pages, and marketplace functionality. For the initial launch, we set up 4 instructor profiles and 12 video products, each with its own purchasing experience. We also structured the platform so the DanceProfessor team could independently add new instructors and products.

Beyond the website, we configured the essential Kajabi infrastructure, including courses, offers, checkout pages, forms, automations, and system pages. We tested the complete customer journey, from discovering a video to completing a purchase and accessing the content. We also provided admin training to help the team manage and expand the platform after launch.

A fully functional, revenue-ready dance learning marketplace built on Kajabi. DanceProfessor now has a custom-designed platform that combines a smooth purchasing experience with a scalable foundation for future instructors, videos, and courses.
