Full Kajabi Website Design & Build for MindAbility

MindAbility needed a complete Kajabi website that would bring their brand, educational products, and customer journey together in one cohesive experience.

We handled the project from initial design in Figma through full Kajabi implementation, including the main website, product and system pages, course experience, offers, forms, and automations.

The goal was to create a polished, easy-to-navigate platform for both new visitors and existing students, while making the system flexible enough for the MindAbility team to manage and expand into new regions.

We started by designing the complete website experience in Figma before moving anything into Kajabi.

The design included:

About page

Contact page

System pages

This stage helped us establish a consistent visual direction and user experience across the entire platform before development began.

Once the designs were approved, we transferred the full experience into Kajabi and connected all the necessary functionality.

This included:

Building and styling all website pages

Connecting forms and offers

Creating the course design and student experience

Applying the new course layout to existing products

Creating coupons

Setting up basic automations

Making sure the website and Kajabi ecosystem worked together as one consistent experience

Before launch, we tested both the front-end experience and the back-end Kajabi setup to make sure the complete user journey worked as intended.

We also provided training so the MindAbility team could confidently manage the platform after launch, including making small content updates and duplicating products and offers for additional regions.

The result is a complete Kajabi ecosystem designed around MindAbility's content, products, and students – not just a collection of individual pages.

From the public-facing website to the course library, offers, forms, and automations, the experience was designed and implemented as one connected system.
