Olympian by Design – Custom Kajabi Website & Coaching Platform

Olympian by Design is a premium one-on-one coaching program designed for high performers seeking meaningful personal transformation. Our goal was to create a digital experience that reflected the depth and exclusivity of the brand while making the client journey simple and intuitive.

The visual direction was inspired by classical Greek aesthetics, human potential, and the connection between mind, body, and energy. We combined deep black backgrounds, elegant gold accents, cinematic imagery, and refined typography to create a sophisticated visual identity. Every page was designed from scratch in Figma, with careful attention to visual hierarchy, storytelling, and responsive layouts

We designed and developed three custom Kajabi pages, each created to support a different part of the coaching business.

A focused, conversion-oriented experience introducing the coaching methodology, explaining who the program is for, and building trust through video content and testimonials. A Calendly integration makes it easy for visitors to schedule a private discovery call.

A more detailed presentation of the coaching experience, including the transformation methodology, program structure, and next steps.

The page helps potential clients explore the program before making a commitment.

A dedicated landing page for Accelerate, an exclusive full-day coaching intensive combining personal transformation with Advanced Mind Skills training. We created a premium, visually immersive layout to introduce the experience, showcase its six areas of focus, explain the personalized training approach, and guide visitors through the private booking process.

The design doesn't stop at the website.

We extended the same visual identity across the Kajabi login page, member library, and coaching program interface. The existing 12-trial program was visually organized into a consistent learning experience, with custom styling and a structured module layout.

We also refreshed the existing app to align with the new Olympian by Design visual identity.

This included designing custom welcome and onboarding screens, ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across both the website and mobile app.
