Kajabi Website Redesign & Build for DreamGround

DreamGround came to us with an existing website prototype and a clear visual direction for the brand. The goal was to refine the design, adapt it specifically for Kajabi, and turn it into a clean, functional website that would be easier to manage and scale.

The project started in Figma, where we explored two versions of the homepage: one that stayed close to the original prototype and another simplified version based on our recommendations for a more consistent and Kajabi-friendly experience.

The first homepage concept recreated DreamGround’s existing prototype while adapting the layouts and sections to work within Kajabi.

For the second concept, we simplified the visual system and focused on consistency across the page. This included reducing the number of styles, refining the color combinations, creating a consistent button style, centering selected sections, removing an unnecessary slider, and simplifying the footer.

This allowed us to compare a close adaptation of the original creative direction with a more streamlined approach designed specifically for Kajabi.

After establishing the design direction, we adapted the website for Kajabi using DreamGround’s existing brand assets, including colors, fonts, imagery, logo, and copy.

The goal was to preserve the personality of the original concept while making sure the final layouts worked naturally within Kajabi and remained easy to manage.

This project was all about finding the right balance between DreamGround’s existing creative direction and the practical requirements of Kajabi.

Rather than simply recreating the original prototype, we explored how the design could be simplified and made more consistent while keeping the brand’s visual identity intact. The result was a clearer design system and a website experience built specifically for Kajabi.
