Bill Burke, a professional speaker and performance coach, approached us with the goal of building a solid online presence for his personal brand. While he had previously launched a simple lead magnet funnel elsewhere, he was now ready to invest in a high-end digital ecosystem to house his speaking and coaching services, community platform, and future online courses — all under one roof on Kajabi.

Our mission was to help him establish trust, stand out with a premium look, and create a structure that could grow with his business.

We kicked off the project with a creative strategy session to define Bill's digital identity and map out the full structure of his online presence. The goal was to bring clarity and consistency to how his brand would show up visually and functionally across the entire site.

Built a complete design system in Figma — including typography, color palette, layout patterns, and user flow logic

Developed custom designs for all key pages: Home, About, Coaching, Speaking, Contact, system pages (login, 404, thank you), and more

Created a layout that would support both current goals and future expansion, keeping everything scalable and easy to maintain

Collaborated closely with the client, iterated based on feedback, and delivered a polished, production-ready design

This phase gave us a clear and aligned visual foundation before moving into development.

Once the design was finalized, we moved into development, translating the Figma vision into a fully functional Kajabi site. This phase was all about bringing structure, automation, and strategy to life inside the platform.

Built out all pages in Kajabi, ensuring seamless responsiveness across devices and optimizing for performance

Implemented offer and checkout pages, customizing flows for each product, and ensuring a smooth user experience from first click to payment

Set up email automations and tagging systems to support both lead magnet and product funnels

Connected lead forms, thank you pages, and backend logic to streamline how users move through the journey

Configured product access and visibility rules, allowing for a clean handoff of each purchase to the correct digital asset or course

Handled all technical setup, including domain integration, site settings, and basic SEO structure

Throughout development, we stayed focused on ensuring every element not only looked good but also worked strategically to guide users toward action, whether that meant booking a call, downloading a resource, or joining the community.

With the core website and funnels in place, our final phase focused on launching an engaging and scalable community experience inside Kajabi.

Built a dynamic Sales Page showcasing the community’s value — highlighting member challenges, benefits, what's included (meetups, challenges, circles), testimonials, and flexible pricing options

Created two distinct offer tiers with corresponding checkout flows and thank you pages

Set up automation, tagging, and a Welcome Email Sequence to onboard new members smoothly and drive early engagement

Developed internal Community structure:

Delivered hands-on training to the client, equipping them with the tools and clarity to manage the space, upload new content, and continue growing the community independently
