š” Project Description
Cloud Cost Optimization (CCO) is a product designed to help businesses gain visibility into their cloud expenditures and reduce costs with the help of automated optimization tests. The platform targets both finance and engineering teams, providing tools to monitor usage, forecast spending, and implement savings across various cloud services.

I led the end-to-end design of this platform ā from initial UX flows and wireframes to final UI. Worked closely with product, engineering, and design lead to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.

No competitors that were targeting their cloud solution towards a non-technical audience (financial teams) ā we were designing in an unexplored space
Huge volumes of technical data to present clearly for non-technical users
Different user needs: CFOs wanted clarity and forecasting, engineers needed raw detail and control
