Problem: schedules, quantities, approvals, documents and billing information needed consistent workflows and management reporting across project teams.

My contribution: gathering business requirements, mapping processes, coordinating system configuration with the vendor, organizing users and data, supporting training and adoption, and developing Power BI management reporting. My role also included data-centre schedule monitoring and multidisciplinary coordination.

Deliverable approach: agreed workflow definitions, clear reporting requirements, source checks and a usable handover for operations and management.
