Problem: Schedule-review findings can be difficult to connect to understandable evidence and practical decisions.

My contribution: Founder and product direction, requirements, guided AI-assisted development and validation. The prototype combines structured project data, deterministic schedule checks and controlled AI explanations.

What this demonstrates: Translating construction project-controls knowledge into requirements, information structure and reviewable product outputs.

Evidence boundary: Only rights-cleared public content and synthetic project data. No confidential employer materials or claims that all roadmap modules are complete.
