Recruitment technology has a presentation problem.

The platforms doing the most interesting work in the space still look like they were designed for a world where people sent CVs by fax.
TMPO is rethinking how hiring actually works, replacing outdated job board workflows with a platform built for how younger generations search for work: fast, intelligent, and frictionless. The product was mature. Investor interest was growing. The website was a Wix build that belonged to an earlier version of the company.

That gap between where the product was and where the website said it was is exactly the kind of problem that costs real money in fundraising conversations.
The brief was to rebuild the entire marketing presence from the ground up, migrating from Wix to Webflow and transforming a flat, static experience into something that felt as modern as the platform it was representing.

Cohesive scroll experience

The structural decision that shaped everything else was treating the site as a single infinite-scroll narrative rather than a multi-page architecture. TMPO serves two distinct audiences simultaneously: businesses looking for better hiring workflows and applicants looking for frictionless job discovery.
Rather than splitting them into separate journeys that dilute the brand, we integrated both into one cohesive scroll experience where each audience finds what's relevant to them naturally, without the site feeling like it's serving two masters.

Motion-led storytelling

Lottie and Spline animations carry the motion-led storytelling across the full scroll experience. The design system was built to support that visual momentum without sacrificing load performance, which is the tension that kills most animation-heavy sites before they launch.
TMPO now has a digital presence that matches the ambition of what they've built and gives investors and customers the same premium experience from the first scroll to the last.
What was previously a liability in every pitch conversation is now a strategic asset.
