Scalable Landing Page Ecosystem and Design System

International sporting events have a digital problem that most agencies underestimate until they're inside it. It's not one website. It's dozens of simultaneous surfaces: sponsor activations, athlete spotlights, campaign landing pages, scheduling hubs, event-specific journeys, all of them live at the same time, all of them carrying the same brand, and none of them with room for inconsistency when the eyes of an international audience are on them.

The Bahrain Paralympic Games needed a digital infrastructure that could operate at that scale without breaking.

The brief wasn't to design a website. It was to engineer a system that a team could use to launch, update, and iterate across dozens of touchpoints without coming back to us every time. That distinction changed the entire approach.

Every element was designed to be recombined, not duplicated

We built a component-based design system from the ground up, modular by architecture, not by workaround. Sponsors got their own campaign pages without the brand fracturing. Athlete spotlights launched on schedule without rebuilding layout logic. Stakeholders could self-manage content using pre-defined modules without touching a single line of code or producing a single inconsistency.
The result was zero design debt across dozens of deployed pages.
Not close to zero. Zero. In an environment where speed and brand integrity are in constant tension, the system held both without compromise.
What was built here wasn't just for Bahrain. The infrastructure is the foundation for future Paralympic event marketing at scale, locally and internationally, because the component logic doesn't care how many campaigns come next.
If your organization runs events, campaigns, or multi-market activations and the digital side always feels like it's catching up, this is the kind of thinking that changes that.
