NoraBot is a motion-driven AI companion designed for teenagers. Built in Rive , she uses expressive animation, viseme sync, and real-time interactions to feel less like software and more like a friend who listens and responds naturally.

🎨 Process

We started by exploring how teens connect with digital personalities — balancing fun, warmth, and calm. In Rive, we built state machines for moods like Curious, Shy, Excited, and Listening, and connected them to data layer for live reaction. A mix of lilac and teal gradients, soft glow transitions, and smooth curves gave Nora her friendly vibe.
